Subject                                  : Clarification of Trading Alert List

Refers to the queries from The Stock Exchange of Thailand, regarding the 
substantial change in the price and volume of the shares of the Twenty-Four Con
& Supply Public Company Limited (24CS) . To ensure a fair, orderly and
transparent market,The company  would like to clarify that

1. Is there any development or material information that is still in process of 
consideration and may disclose to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the near
future, for example, capital increase, joint venture, acquisition or disposition
of assets or significant dispute which may effect an unusual trading pattern.
:
Twenty-four Con & Supply Public Company Limited ("the Company") contemplates an 
investment in another company (hereinafter referred to as "the Target Company").
The Company is currently engaged in a comprehensive due diligence process on
the Target Company, with the anticipated completion by the second quarter of
2024. Following the due diligence, the results will be presented to the Board of
Directors for their formal approval at a duly constituted meeting. The Company
has preliminarily determined that the aggregate consideration for the investment
will not exceed THB 243 million, representing approximately 32.06% of the asset
value. It is important to note that this figure may be subject to change as the
due diligence process unfolds. The Company remains committed to adhering to the
relevant regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Additionally, the
Company will issue a circular letter to shareholders.
