Subject                                  : Clarification on Information in the 
Annual Financial Statements for 2023 as requested by  SET
Description                              :
In accordance with the request from the Stock Exchange of Thailand for Thai 
Nondestructive Testing Public Company Limited (the "Company") to provide
clarification on information in the annual financial statements for 2023, the
Company hereby clarifies that it incurred a loss from impairment of assets of
395 million baht, resulting in a net loss of 367 million baht. In addition, a
subsidiary company has a liability of 862 million baht arising from a power
plant construction project in Myanmar. As of December 31, 2023, the Company's
equity interest in the subsidiary company is 89 million baht. Therefore, this
liability has a significant impact on the Company's financial position. The
Company hereby provides further clarification.
