According to Thai Central Chemical Public Company Limited (TCCC) has requested 
for voluntary delisting. Presently, TCCC has complied with the SET's rules and
regulations re: Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of Section 171 (4) of
the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has approved the
delisting of TCCC 's common stocks from August 25, 2023 onwards. Hence, August
24, 2023 will be the last trading day of TCCC 's common stocks.
