According to Siam Food Products Public Company Limited
 (SFP) has requested for voluntary delisting. Presently, SFP has complied with 
the SET's rules and regulations re: Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of
Section 171 (4) of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has
approved the delisting of SFP's common stocks from July 19, 2023 onwards.
Hence, July 18, 2023 will be the last trading day of NSI's common stocks.
