SET appoints Chatchai Thisadoldilok and Pairat Thanachaisang as new EVPs

BANGKOK, June 29, 2023 - The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has appointed 
Chatchai Thisadoldilok as Executive Vice President (EVP) - Head of Research
Department, Corporate Strategy Division; and Pairat Thanachaisang as EVP - Head
of HR Strategy & Corporate Development Department, Human Resources & Corporate
Development Division. They will assume the new positions from July 1, 2023.

SET President Pakorn Peetathawatchai said that Management Committee's meeting on
June 20, 2023 resolved the appointments of two executives as EVPs to be
alignment with the growing and the fast-changing business. They are
knowledgeable experts with extensive experience in the capital market,  SET
therefore is confident that they will be instrumental in driving growth in terms
of both quantity and quality to enhance the capital market for the benefit of
all sectors.

-Chatchai Thisadoldilok will be promoted to EVP - Head of Research Department, 
Corporate Strategy Division, overseeing Research Department. He joined SET in
2019, with 20 years of experience in various fields of the financial and capital
markets such as capital market regulations and policies, and fundraising and
investment. He plays a significant role in promoting capital market literacy
through research and analysis papers, and collaborates with other sectors to
drive capital market development. Chatchai earned a bachelor's degree and a
master's degree in Economics from Thammasat University (international
curriculum) and received a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
   
-Pairat Thanachaisang will be appointed to EVP - Head of HR Strategy & Corporate
Development Department, Human Resources & Corporate Development Division,
taking responsible for HR Strategy & Corporate Development Department, Human
Resources Management Department and Office of President. Pairat started working
at SET in 2015, with over 30 years of experience in human resource management
from business related to financial and capital markets. Given his expertise in
human resources, Pairat has played a great role in integrating new way of
working into human resource policy to enable personnel to work efficiently amid
the COVID-19 pandemic. He is also capable of managerial functions and
establishing collaboration with stakeholders, and possesses coaching skills so
that he performs duties of internal coach very well. Pairat graduated with a
bachelor's degree in Business Administration (personnel management) from
University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and received a master's degree in
Public Administration from Chulalongkorn University.
