as a basis to form opinions on various matters.

2.	There are significant factors affecting the group's ability to continue as a 
going concern

3.	The auditor's issued a disclaimer of opinion on the audit report of the 
subsidiaries

The company has the implementation guidelines. (Details as shown in STARK's news
which clarified on the auditor's issued disclaimer of opinion on the financial
statement for the year ended 2022)

SET recommends the investors to trade STARK's securities with caution and 
carefully study STARK's financial statements, auditor's disclaimer of opinion on
STARK's financial statements, including its cause, and the implementation
guideline of company, summary of special audit result and any other information
related to STARK.
