Subject:	Postponement of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of 
Thailand Hospitality Property Fund by mean of electronic meeting

Reference is made to the news dissemination of One Asset Management Limited 
("ONEAM") in the capacity of the Management Company of Thailand Hospitality
Property Fund ("TLHPF") regarding the dissemination of the invitation letter of
the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders to be held on 26 April 2023 at
2.00 p.m. by mean of electronic meeting.  Since there are discrepancies to the
delivery of the invitation letter, causing some unitholders to not receive the
invitation letter, ONEAM, therefore, postpones the meeting on 26 April 2023 and
will disseminate the news of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of
Thailand Hospitality Property Fund again in due course so that ONEAM will send
the invitation letter to all the unitholders with the notice period according to
 the relevant rules and regulations.
ONEAM sincerely apologizes for such discrepancy and inconvenience.
