Re:	Notification of the additional CAPEX reserve for renovation of CPN 
Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG)
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SCBAM), the Management Company of CPN Commercial
Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNCG), would like to inform the additional
CAPEX reserve for renovation in the year 2022.
At the 2022 Annual General Meeting of unitholders of CPNCG, held on 21 April 
2022, SCBAM informed that the reserve for loan repayment amount not exceeding
46.25 million Baht will be held for the purpose of calculation of adjusted net
profit for dividend payment of unitholders and;
SCBAM has also informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 30 September 
2021, regarding the renovation project of The Offices at Centralworld ("The
renovation") which the approximately investment cost of 223 million Baht will be
financed by loan and retained earnings of CPNCG. SCBAM would like to inform
that the consideration of additional CAPEX reserve for The renovation will not
exceed 100 million Baht.
Therefore, the total reserved amount for the purpose of calculating the 2022 
adjusted net profit will not exceed 146.25 million Baht.
However, the reservation is for the purpose of calculating the adjusted net 
profit for dividend payment, in order to comply with the announcement Tornor
36/2562 (complied version) only, which does not cause CPNCG additional expenses.
