According to Siam Future Development Public Company Limited (SF) has requested 
for voluntary delisting. Presently, SF has complied with the SET's rules and
regulations re: Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of Section 171 (4) of
the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has approved the
delisting of SF 's common stocks from June 1, 2022 onwards. Hence, May 31, 2022
will be the last trading day of SF's common stocks.
