RE :	Notification of the amendment to the Fund Project of SAMUI AIRPORT PROPERTY
 FUND (Lease Hold) (SPF)

Kiatnakin Phatra Asset Management Company Limited ("the Management Company"), as
the management company of SAMUI AIRPORT PROPERTY FUND (Lease Hold) (SPF) (the
"Fund"), would like to inform you that the Management Company has amended the
Fund scheme. The amendments have been approved by the Securities and Exchange
Commission (the "SEC") according to clause 22 (2) of the Notification of the
Office of the SEC No. SorNor 41/2562, dated April 25, 2019. The amendments of
the Fund scheme, as detail below, will be effective on June 7, 2021 onwards.

	1. To amend transactions for property funds with related party in order to 
comply with the announcement / rules that have been amended.
	2. To amend the bastion for requesting a resolution of the unit holders 
regarding the dissolution of the Fund project in order to comply with the
Securities and Exchange Act 129/2 paragraph 3.
