Remark                                   : 1.	The offering price is THB 19.00 
per share, which is not lower than the highest price calculated in accordance
with the rules in Section 6 Tender Offer for Delisting under the Notification of
the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor. 12/2554 Re: Rules, Conditions,
and Procedures for the Acquisition of Securities for Business Takeovers (as
amended), and the offering price may be reduced in the event that COL announces
its dividend payment or there is any event or action that has a material adverse
 effect on the status or assets of COL, details as in the attachment.
2. 	After the completion of the Conditions Precedent, the Tender Offeror will 
commence the Tender Offer pursuant to the rules and within the given period
under the Takeover Notification. In this regard, the Company expects that the
process of the Tender Offer and the delisting of COL's securities from the SET
will be completed within the first quarter of 2021.
