The Board of Directors meeting of Tipco Asphalt Public Company No. 3/2019 held 
on 13th May 2019 acknowledged the resignation of the Company Secretary, Mr.
Chatwaruth Musigchai, and resolved to appoint Mr. Thanapol Laosiripong, to be
the new Company Secretary effective from May 14, 2019.
