As Strategic Hospitality Extendable Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate 
Investment Trust (SHREIT) has informed SET to amend the par value to Baht 9.8805
per unit and SHREIT has already informed the amendment of information as
mentioned above to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand and
Krungthai Asset Management Public Company Limited as the Trustee of SHREIT.

SET would like to inform the adjustment in par value of SHREIT from THB 9.8804 
to THB 9.8805 in the trading system effective from February 14, 2019 onwards.
