PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform 
that on January 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of PTTGC America LLC
("PTTGCA"), a 100% subsidiary of the Company, approved the execution of  Heads
of Agreement (HOA) between PTTGCA and a subsidiary of Daelim Industrial Co.,
Ltd., leading construction and petrochemical company of Republic of Korea, to
conduct a feasibility study including Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and
secure  sources of fund for the development of the project which capable of
producing ethylene and its derivatives with 1.5 MTPA production capacity located
 in the State of Ohio, United States of America.
