As Inter Far East Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (IFEC) is the 
company which performance or financial position fits the criteria for possible
delisting for 2nd year (NC Stage 2) and still could not eliminate the cause of
possible delisting. Therefore, SET will announce that IFEC is subject to NC
Stage 3, effective from April 19, 2023 onwards. Additionally, IFEC must proceed
in accordance with specified rules. *

Furthermore, IFEC is also subject to another cause of possible delisting. The 
timeline for IFEC to eliminate all causes of delisting and to repossess the
qualifications in order to resume trading within specified period for each cause
 is summarized as follows.

- As the auditor issues a disclaimer opinion on the financial statements for 3 
consecutive years: The company must repossess the qualifications in order to
resume trading within January 6, 2024.
- As the company's equity is negative: The company must eliminate the ground for
 delisting within April 18, 2024.

* Procedures for actions against listed companies whose performance or financial
position fits the criteria for possible delisting divide the period for
rehabilitation into 2 parts as follows : (1) 3 years for the elimination of the
causes for delisting and the SET will announce the name of the company every
year (2) 2 years for the repossession of required qualifications in order to
resume trading (Resume Stage) if the listed company can eliminate the causes of
possible delisting according to (1).
	If the listed company cannot eliminate the causes of delisting or repossess the
required qualifications in order to resume trading within the specified period,
 the SET will consider delisting the company's securities accordingly.
