voluntary delisting. Presently, NSI has complied with the SET's rules and
regulations re: Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of Section 171 (4) of
the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has approved the
delisting of NSI's common stocks from April 8, 2023 onwards. Hence, April 7,
2023 will be the last trading day of NSI's common stocks.
