FUND
Conversion ratio: The number of convertible debentures divided by the number of
common shares.
Conversion price: Baht 0.090 per share. The weighted average price of the 
Company's shares trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for not less than 7
consecutive business days but not exceeding 15 consecutive business days prior
to the date that the Debenture holders exercised their conversion rights during
March 17-27, 2023 is Baht 0.100 per share. The conversion price is not less than
90 percent of the said weighted average price. Therefore, it does not meet the
criteria to prohibit the sale of shares within 1 year from the date of receiving
 the convertible securities (Silent Period).
In this regard, the Company offered for sale and issued convertible debentures 
No. 7/2023 on March 24, 2023 in the amount of 10 million baht (10,000 units).
The convertible debenture holders exercised the convertible debentures on March
24, 2023, amounting to 2 million baht (2,000 units)
by ADVANCE OPPORTUNITIES FUND exercised 2 million baht (2,000 units) of 
convertible debentures.
Consequently, there are convertible debentures of 2 million baht (2,000 units).
and ADVANCE OPPORTUNITIES FUND 1 does not use the right to convert
Consequently, there are convertible debentures of 5 million baht (5,000 units).
