According to DTAC and TRUEs' request SET for the suspension of trading of the 
companies' shares of both companies for a period of 9 business days from 20
February to 2 March 2023 for the purpose of the preparation regarding the
allotment of shares of NewCo to shareholders of DTAC and TRUE as well as other
relevant arrangements that required in connection with the listing of securities
of NewCo in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. (Details as shown on DTAC and
TRUEs' news on 12 January 2023) Therefore, SET will temporally post the
suspension sign on DTAC and TRUE from 20 February to 2 March 2023.

However, there are information about the Amalgamation of both companies which 
might effect investors' investment decision. SET requires investors to carefully
monitor news or information which has released through the SET's information
dissemination system  for making investment decision.
