to propose agendas and nominees to be considered for the election as ALT
directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The submitting period
is from August 10, 2021 until November 8, 2021.
	The Company would like to inform that the submission period has been expired 
and there was no proposed agenda or candidate from the shareholders.
