Subject:	Notification of registration regarding the decrease of registered 
capital of the
Company and the amendment to Clause 4 of the Memorandum of Association

As the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of ALT Telecom Public Company
Limited (the "Company") which held on April 23, 2021 has resolved to approve
the reduction of the Company's registered capital in the amounting of Baht
58,886,290.50 from the existing registered capital of Baht 625,000,000 to the
new registered capital of Baht 566,113,709.50, by eliminating the unissued
ordinary shares after the exercise of warrants (ALT-W1), in the number of
117,772,581 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.5 Baht per share and the
amendment to Clause 4 of the Company's Memorandum of Association regarding the
registered capital accordingly.
The Company would like to notify that on April 29, 2021, the Company has 
completed registration of the decrease of the registered capital of the Company
together with the amendment to Clause 4 of the Memorandum of Association to the
Department of Business Development, the Ministry of Commerce.
