General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2021 on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1
p.m. at Canna room, RAMA GARDENS HOTEL BANGKOK, No.9/9 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road,
Talat Bang Khen, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210, as advised to SET accordingly.
ALT would like to update the communication status that the Company has already 
disclosed the copy of Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for
the year 2021 with its Enclosures and proxy form on the Company's website at
www.alt.co.th since March 23, 2021. Furthermore, the Company has provided the
opportunity for shareholders to submit their questions regarding agenda to the
Company in advance via the Company's website from now to April 22, 2021. The
original notice of the AGM will be sent to shareholders on March 21, 2021.
