Subject:		The appointment of the Company's auditor

As of ALT Telecom Public Company Limited had previously announced the indefinite
postponement of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2020
(the "2020 AGM") due to the current pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19) through
the Stock Exchange of Thailand on March 24, 2020, the agenda regarding the
appointment of the auditors and the approval of the audit fee for the year 2020
were; therefore, postponed.

Nevertheless, the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") 
has announced the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board, Tor Jor
35/2020 regarding the preparation and submission the financial statements in the
year 2020 of the companies, which cannot  hold an annual general meeting of
shareholders due to the situation of the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019
(COVID-19), the affected companies have been waived, able to submit the
financial statements for the quarter for the year 2020 reviewed by the auditor
appointed by the company.

In this regard, the Board of Directors' meeting No.4/2020 held on August 11, 
2020, reviewed by the Audit Committee, agreed to appoint Pricewaterhouse Coopers
ABAS Ltd. ("PWC"), the existing auditor, for auditing the Company's financial
statements for the year 2020, reviewing the financial statement in the
1 st, 2nd quarter of the year 2020 and next quarters until the AGM can be 
convened as well as determined the remuneration in the amount of Baht 1,745,000.
The Company would propose the shareholders' meeting to appoint the Company's
auditor and determine the remuneration for the year 2020 in the upcoming AGM.
The name list of the Company's auditor is as follows:

1.	Mr. Pisit Thangtanagul, CPA License No.4095 or
2.	Mr. Paibul Tunkoon, CPA License No.4298 or
3.	Ms.  Sakuna Yamsakul CPA License No.4906

In the event that these auditors are unable to perform their duties, PWC is 
authorized to assign another of its auditors to perform the audit and provide
the opinions on the Company's financial statements in their place, which have to
 first get approval from the board of directors.
