(the "Company") no. 3/2020 dated 12 May 2020, approved the Company to increase
the investment in International Gateway Co., Ltd. (IG), a subsidiary 100% own of
 ALT, which are as follows;

Objective of increase capital
of subsidiary	:	To strengthen the financial position and serve for future 
growth.
