BBL Asset Management Company Limited ("Management Company"), as the Management 
Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund ("the Fund"), would
like to inform that the Management Company has appointed Mr. Kunchid
Pisuthichinawong as a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Fund to
 fill a vacancy, effective from June 16, 2026, onwards.
  	
The Investment Advisory Committee have rights, duties and responsibilities as 
prescribed in prospectus of the Fund.
