         As City Steel Public Company Limited ("the Company") had held a Board 
of Director meeting No. 2/2026 on June 11, 2026 the Board of Director had
approved significant resolutions as follows;
         1.	Acknowledge of the resignation of Ms. Kingkan Pipitpreechakul, the 
Company's directors due to personal reasons, which was effective from June 11,
2026.
         2.	Approved to appoint Ms. Pannipa Thongyoy as a new director whom 
their duty would be effective from June 11, 2026.
         3.	Approved to change authorized directors who have authority to sign 
on behalf of the Company. According to the resolution regarding the changes in
the Company's directors, the meeting of the Board of Directors had approved to
change the Company signatory directors to be as follows;
         Change from "Mrs. Boontip Changnil, or Ms. Chatsuman Thanomjit, or Ms. 
Kingkan Pipitpreechakul, 2 out of 3 of the directors co-sign with the Company's
seal."
         To "Mrs. Boontip Changnil, or Ms. Chatsuman Thanomjit, or Ms. Pannipa 
Thongyoy, 2 out of 3 of the directors co-sign with the Company's seal."
