Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has posted SP sign on Thai Rayon Public 
Company Limited ("TR") since September 3, 2025, due to the company's failure to
meet the free float requirement. The company is required to rectify this
qualification by September 2, 2026.

As the company has continuously had an SP sign posted for nearly one year and 
still does not meet the free float requirement. SET notifies the company to
urgently rectify its free float qualification by the specified date. If TR is
unable to rectify this qualification, SET will announce a ground for the company
being subject to possible delisting, post the NC (Non-Compliance) sign, and
maintain the SP sign on the securities. In addition, SET may consider taking
action in relation to the delisting of the listed company's securities.
