BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit 
Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF), would like to inform that for the period
from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, the Fund had deficits as of 31 March 2026
of Baht 20,723.6 million. Therefore, there will be no dividend payment for this
period which is in accordance with the dividend payment criteria and policy
specified in the fund prospectus.

However, the Fund had cash from the operation during 1 January 2026 to 31 31 
March 2026 and the balance of accumulative cash. The Management Company,
therefore, will distribute such cash to unitholders in the form of capital
reduction of Baht 1,157.6 million. The schedule for the 29th registered capital
reduction payment and book closure date to determine the right to receive the
capital reduction are as details described below:

1.	To pay the registered capital reduction of Baht 0.200 per unit by decreasing 
par value from Baht 6.746 per unit to Baht 6.546 per unit. The book closure date
 for this capital reduction will be on 11 June 2026.

2.	Payment date for capital reduction will be on 25 June 2026.
