Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and the Record Date for the right to 
obtain the dividend of the MFC-Nichada Thani Property Fund (MNIT)

As MNIT has the policy to pay the dividend to Unit holders at least once a year 
at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the dividend
from the retained earnings.
 
On 22 May 2026, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend 
distribution for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. The dividend
payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.0340 per unit. With this, the record
date will be on 5 June 2026 for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend.
The dividend will be paid on 22 June 2026.
