Subject:	Announcement for Dividend Payment and Record Date for the right to 
obtain the dividend of MFC Industrial Investment Freehold and Leasehold Real
Estate Investment Trust (MII)

As MII has the policy to pay the dividends to unitholders at least two times per
year at the minimum rate of 90% of the adjusted net profit of the accounting
period or to pay the dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On March 4, 2026, the Property Investment Committee agreed to the dividend 
distribution for the period from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. The dividend
payment from net profit will be Baht 0.1550 per unit. With this, the record
date will be June 5, 2026, for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend.
The dividend will be paid on June 22, 2026.
