Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and Record Date for the right to 
obtain the dividend of the Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund (HPF)

As HPF has the policy to pay the dividend to unitholders not exceed four time 
per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On May 22, 2026, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend 
distribution for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. The dividend
payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.135 per unit. The record date will be
on 5 June 2026 for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend. The dividend
will be paid on 23 June 2026.
