Subject                                  : Clarification of Trading Alert List

Refers to the queries from The Stock Exchange of Thailand, regarding the 
substantial change in the price and volume of the shares of the GRANDE ASSET
HOTELS AND PROPERTY PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (GRAND) . To ensure a fair, orderly
and transparent market,The company  would like to clarify that

1. Is there any development or material information that is still in process of 
consideration and may disclose to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the near
future, for example, capital increase, joint venture, acquisition or disposition
of assets or significant dispute which may effect an unusual trading pattern.
:
Subsequent to 3 April 2026, on which the Company submitted its financial 
statements for the year 2025 to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Company has
continued to proceed with the business plans previously disclosed to the Stock
Exchange of Thailand, including capital increase, joint investment, acquisition
or disposal of assets, and negotiations to settle significant disputes. Such
matters have been fully disclosed in these interim financial information under
Note 1.2 to the financial statements.
2. Are you aware of any other possible explanation for the trading?  :
The Company is not aware of any other causes or factors that may affect the 
trading of the Company's securities.
