that the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2026, held on May 14th, 2026,
resolved to approve the reduction and increase of the registered capital of AL
Palm Co., Ltd. ("AL"), a subsidiary of the Smothong Group, for the purpose of
restructuring AL's capital structure.
