With reference to the request from the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") for 
Grande Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited (the "Company" or
"GRAND") to provide additional clarification regarding the auditor's disclaimer
of opinion on the Company's financial statements for the year 2025, the Company
would like to clarify as follows:

1. Matters identified by the auditor regarding insufficient audit evidence on 
short-term loans to related parties/entities:
2. The Group's ability to continue as a going concern
3. Advance payment for land purchase as detailed in Notes 6, 8, 9, 15 and 29.1 
to the financial statements.
