Description                              :
          Qualitech Public Company Limited (the "Company") has received 
resignation letters from an Independent
Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and an Audit Committee member, 
citing the stated reasons, and
expressing their intention not to be re-nominated for reappointment as directors
 by the shareholders' meeting
(Reference letters No. Elen 005/2026 dated 22 April 2026 and No. Elen 006/2026 
dated 23 April 2026).
          The Company hereby clarifies that the resignation of the Independent 
Director, the Chairman of the Audit
Committee,  and  the  Audit  Committee  member  as  mentioned  above  has  no  
impact  on  the  Company's
management, nor does it affect the performance of duties of the additionally 
appointed Audit Committee members
in any respect (Reference letter No. Elen 005/2026 dated 22 April 2026).
          In this regard, the Company has duly completed the registration of the
 change of directors with the
Department of Business Development.
