has requested for voluntary delisting. Presently, UOBKH has complied with the
SET's rules and regulations re: Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of
Section 171 (4) of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has
approved the delisting of UOBKH's common stocks from April 25, 2026 onwards.
Hence, April 24, 2026 will be the last trading day of UOBKH's common stocks.
