Subject                                  : Clarification of Trading Alert List

Refers to the queries from The Stock Exchange of Thailand, regarding the 
substantial change in the price and volume of the shares of the DELTA
ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (DELTA) . To ensure a fair,
orderly and transparent market,The company  would like to clarify that

1. Is there any development or material information that is still in process of 
consideration and may disclose to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the near
future, for example, capital increase, joint venture, acquisition or disposition
of assets or significant dispute which may effect an unusual trading pattern.

2. Are you aware of any other possible explanation for the trading?  :
Following the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2026, held on
April 8, 2026, management presented the operating results for 2025 and
addressed shareholders' inquiries regarding the business outlook for 2026,
including the situation in the Middle East. The Company clarified that it has
not been significantly impacted at this time. Order volumes and demand for
products in the artificial intelligence segment remain strong. The Company
continue to expand its investments and increase production capacity, while
effectively managing its supply chain and closely monitoring risks amid ongoing
volatility, in order to reassure shareholders.

On the same day, the Company also convened a Board of Directors' meeting to 
consider the acquisition of additional land in the Bangpoo Industrial Estate to
support future business expansion. The proposal was approved and has already
been disclosed through the SET.

In addition, over the past 1-2 days, there have been positive developments 
relating to a ceasefire in the Middle East, which has had a favorable impact on
the technology industry. This may help ease investor concerns and support
increase investment in global technology stocks.
3. Any information that company would like to clarify  :
None. Should there be any significant information, the Company will notify SET 
in accordance with the relevant rules
and regulations.
