Information Relating to Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund (HPF) for
Year 2025 and Two-way Communication  for the year 2026 on the Management
Company's websites
	
MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited as the Management Company (the 
"Management Company") of Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund (HPF)
(the "Fund") hereby notify that the Management Company have sent the letter to
report the information relating to the Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold
Fund (HPF) for the year 2025 in accordance with the two-way communication
channels to the unitholders whose names appear in the list of unitholders
entitled to receive the letter as of 24 March 2026, and have published such
letter on the Management Company's websites at www.mfcfund.com from 10 April
2026 onwards. The Management Company has provided channels for the unitholders
to submit any additional questions by e-mail, registered mail, or telephone as
detailed in the letter. The unitholders may submit questions to the Management
Company from 10 April 2026 to 30 April 2026.
The Management Company will prepare and disclose the summary of key issues in 
the form of questions and answers for all unitholders' acknowledgement, as well
as publish such key issues through the information disclosure system of the
Stock Exchange of Thailand and on the Management Company's websites at
www.mfcfund.com by 14 May 2026.
