According to SET's announcement of WELL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY 
LIMITED (WELL) that may be subject to possible delisting, and during the period
for repossession of qualifications in order to resume trading (Resume Stage)
within May 15, 2026.

As the aforementioned timeframe is approaching, SET hereby notifies WELL to 
urgently repossess  the qualifications in order to resume trading. If the
company is unable to repossess the qualifications  in order to resume trading
within the specified period, SET will propose to the SET's Board of Governors to
 consider delisting securities of the company accordingly.
