SET welcomes listing of plastic films and packaging manufacturer "UNIX" on April
 1

KEY POINTS

green-innovative plastic films and packaging, will start trading on SET in the
Industrials industry group on April 1, 2026.

SET Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Markets Officer Soravis Krairiksh 
announced that Unique Plastic Industry Public Company Limited will be listed and
start trading on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in the Industrials
industry group, Packaging sector, under the ticker symbol "UNIX" on April 1,
2026. The proceeds will be used to increase production efficiency and strengthen
 the company's capital base.

UNIX is a comprehensive manufacturer and distributor of plastic films and 
packaging products with over 30 years of experience. The main products consist
of plastic films and packaging products for 1) flexible packaging, heavy-duty
packaging, and general industrial-use packaging; and 2) consumer goods such as
regular plastic bags with low-density polyethylene (LDPE), plastic bags that can
stand up to heat or polypropylene (PP) bags, food bags with handles, garbage
bags, etc., sold under the company's proprietary brands: Key brand and
Friendship brand.

The company and subsidiaries have a combined production capacity of over 60,000 
tons/year of plastic films and packaging products. The company focuses on
developing production technologies to support the growth for the recycling
market in line with government policies promoting sustainable plastic
consumption through the plastic waste management plan. UNIX received Green
Industry Level 5 certification from the Ministry of Industry in 2024, reflecting
the commitment to operating environmentally friendly business throughout the
supply chain.

UNIX Chief Executive Officer Soros Yodmongkol stated that the company is 
confident that its listing on SET will drive its ambition to become a leader in
the integrated plastic film and packaging business. The IPO proceeds will
strengthen the company's capital base, enabling investment in advanced machinery
to expand production capacity and increase production efficiency. In addition,
the funds will also be used to repay loans to financial institutions, while
reducing financial costs, enhancing business liquidity, and supporting future
growth opportunities, as well as to serve as working capital. The company is
committed to delivering strong long-term returns to shareholders.

Securities offering data: UNIX has a paid-up capital of THB 330 million 
(approximately USD 10.11 million) after the IPO, with a par value of THB 0.50
per share. For the first time, the company offered 180 million newly issued
ordinary shares to eligible subscribers at the underwriters' discretion,
including the company's patrons, directors, executives, and/or employees of the
company and subsidiaries, during March 23-25, 2026, at THB 1.89 per share. This
offering generates a total fundraising value from the newly issued ordinary
shares of THB 340.20 million, with an IPO market capitalization of THB 1,247.40
million. The IPO valuation reflects the price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 8.30
times with the earnings per share of THB 0.23, calculated from the twelve-month
trailing net profit (from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025), divided by
fully diluted shares. Beyond Securities Public Company Limited is the financial
advisor and the lead underwriter (on a best-effort basis).

Major shareholders after the IPO: 1) Nithat Nawachartkhosit (36.36 percent), 2) 
Kanokwan Nawachartkosit (21.82 percent), and 3) Somporn Siengchin (14.55
percent). The company's dividend payment policy is to pay shareholders no less
than 40 percent of net profit according to the standalone financial statements
after all statutory and company-required reserves specified by laws and Articles
of Association, taking into consideration various factors in the best interest
of the business and shareholders.
