Remark                                   :
NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited has clarified to Bank of Ayudhya 
Public Company Limited, the debenture holders' representative of NRF254A,
regarding the failure to maintain the Net Debt to Equity ratio as required. The
company will rectify the matter by holding a debenture holders' meeting for a
waiver of the said covenant. Accordingly, SET has lifted the reason relating to
debt default under the prescribed criteria, as the event does not yet constitute
 an event of default of the debentures.
