Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has posted CF or SP (Suspension) signs on 
the securities of 9 listed companies which do not meet free float requirement
(details as attached in PDF File) As these listed companies have been
continuously posted CF or SP signs for nearly one year and still do not meet the
free float requirement, SET notifies these 9 companies to urgently rectify
their free float qualifications before one-year deadline of each company. If the
 companies are unable to rectify these qualifications,
- In case the securities are currently posted with CF signs (PICO and AMARIN) 
SET will post an SP sign to suspend trading on the companies' securities until
the free float requirements are met.
- In case the securities are currently posted with SP signs (CIMBT GLAND LRH NFC
ROH UMS and UOBKH) SET will announce that the listed companies are subject to
possible delisting, post the NC (Non-Compliance) sign, and maintain the SP sign
on the securities. In addition, SET may consider taking action in relation to
the delisting of the listed companies' securities.
Remark                                   :
UOBKH, the company is currently in the process of making a tender offer for 
voluntary delisting between February 2 - April 7, 2026.
