Re:	Notification of the extension of the recruitment of sub-lessee of Hilton 
Pattaya Hotel project by CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT

	According to the sublease agreement for Hilton Pattaya Hotel project of CPN 
Retail Growth Leasehold REIT ("CPNREIT"), the current term will expire in
December 2026, and CPN REIT Management Company Limited, in its capacity as the
REIT Manager of CPNREIT, has arranged for the auction to seek a sub-lessee for
the assets of Hilton Pattaya Hotel project from 21 January 2029 to 20 February
2026.
	The REIT Manager hereby announces that the bidding period for the recruitment 
of sub-lessee of Hilton Pattaya Project has been extended for a curtain period.
The registration period for interested parties wishing to express their
interest in becoming a sub-lessee of the property will be from 24 February to 10
March 2026 and the bid submission period will be from 1 April to 30 June 2026.
The deadline for bid submission is on 30 June 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
