Description                              :
According to the announcement of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that Asia 
Capital Group Public Company Limited (ACAP) is subject to possible delisting
from the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinions on those financial statements
for 3 consecutive years which will be due to eliminate the ground for delisting
on March 9, 2026.

Currently, the timeline as mentioned is almost due. Therefore, SET would like to
inform ACAP to urgently eliminate the grounds for delisting. If ACAP is unable
to eliminate the grounds for delisting within specified period, SET will propose
to the SET's Board of Governors will consider delisting the company's
securities accordingly.
