Ladprao General Hospital Public Company Limited ("LPH") would like to report the
use of proceeds from the initial public offering, on October 16 and 19-21,
2015, of 200 million ordinary shares at Baht 5.00 each, totaling net proceeds of
Baht 971.98 Million after deduction of underwriting and incentive fees and
other related offering expenses and Change in Investment Plan as referred to
above.
