Thai Parcels Public Company Limited ("The Company") has offered ordinary shares 
to the public for the first time (IPO) on June 22-26, 2023, in the amount of
120,000,000 shares at the price of Baht 3.30 per share. After listing the newly
issued ordinary shares of The Company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June
30, 2023, The Company received proceeds from the offering of newly issued
ordinary shares in the amount of 396,000,000 baht.
	The Company has revised the objectives for the utilization of proceeds from its
initial public offering (IPO) by reallocating the funds, in accordance with the
resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 5 held on May 28, 2025.
Accordingly, the Company would like to report the use of proceeds from the
capital increase as of December 31, 2025, Details are provided in the attached
document.
