The company has requested SET to temporarily suspend trading its securities 
because the company is in the process of disclosing significant information
since COTTO has been informed by SCG Decor Co., Ltd., which is in the group of
Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCC), the major shareholder of COTTO, about
the proposal to delist COTTO from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The
tender offer price of COTTO is in the process of being finalized, and the Board
of Directors' meeting of COTTO will be arranged within March 30, 2023. This is
considered material information which may seriously affect the benefits of the
shareholders or the investment decisions of investors or the change in share
price. Therefore, the SET posts "SP" sign on COTTO's securities from the
afternoon session of March 29, 2023 until the company can disclose information
completely but within March 30, 2023 as COTTO requested.
