Mr. Asadej Kongsiri
President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Mr. Asadej Kongsiri has been the President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) since September 19, 2024. He currently serves as a Director of the Capital Market Development Fund and Vice Chairman of the Sem Pringpuangkeo Foundation.

Prior to joining SET, Mr. Kongsiri served as Lead Partner for Financial Advisory at Deloitte Thailand, Managing Director of Investment Banking at Finansa Securities Limited, Head of Thailand at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Vice President of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in Thailand.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a Financial Management Officer and Insurance Secretary at Trans Thai-Malaysia (Thailand) Limited and as a Project Engineer at the PTT Gas Business Unit of PTT Public Company Limited.

Mr. Kongsiri holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK. He has also completed the Director Certification Program from the Thai Institute of Directors Association.

Mr. Saruj Thipsena
Country Manager, Google Cloud

Saruj Thipsena is a deep-tech innovator and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and advanced artificial intelligence.

As Country Manager for Google Cloud in Thailand, he leads local operations and go-to-market strategy while working across Google's broader ecosystem to help organizations of all sizes accelerate their cloud and AI transformation.

Prior to joining Google Cloud, Mr. Saruj served as Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of STelligence, where he helped organizations apply AI and data-driven technologies to solve business challenges. He also designed AI technology legal and compliance datasets and recently led the AI deployment for Thailand's TH2OECD National Project.

Earlier, he spent five years at Microsoft Thailand in leadership roles across cloud, cybersecurity, and generative AI, including Deputy Managing Director for the Cloud Solution Unit and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Mr. Saruj holds a Master of Arts in Business & Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering, both from Chulalongkorn University. He is based in Bangkok.

Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi
Secretary General, Thailand Board of Investment

Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi has served as Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) since October 2022. Previously, he served as Deputy Secretary General (2017–2022), Senior Executive Advisor of the BOI (2016–2017), Executive Director of the Investment Strategy and Policy Bureau (2015–2016), and Executive Director of the Information Technology Bureau (2014–2015).

He began his career at the BOI in 1995 as an Investment Promotion Officer, working in various divisions including the Investment Services Center, International Affairs Division, and Planning and Development Division. He also served as Executive Assistant to two Secretaries General of the BOI. He later became Director of the Economic and Investment Strategy Division and concurrently Director of the Center for Development of New Investment Promotion Strategy and Policy.

Mr. Narit's experience also includes secondments to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs during 2001–2002 and 2004–2006. He was appointed Deputy Director of the One Tambon, One Product (OTOP) Program Coordination Office at the Prime Minister's Office and later served as Head of the Secretariat of the Economic Advisory Committee to the Prime Minister from 2009 to 2011.

He currently serves as Vice President of Chulalongkorn University's Alumni Association Under His Royal Patronage, Vice President of Chulalongkorn University's Economics Association, and a Board Member of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR). He is also a Member and Secretary of the National EV Committee and the National Semiconductor and Advanced Electronics Committee.

Mr. Narit earned a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Chulalongkorn University, a Bachelor of Law from Ramkhamhaeng University, and an M.A. in Economics from Boston University, USA. He also received a certificate in Economic Management for Development from Curtin University, Australia, and an advanced certificate in Public Administration and Public Law from King Prajadhipok's Institute. He is also a graduate of the National Defence College, Class 67.

He is the author of two books, "Next Generation Leaders" and "Global Village", and a co-editor of "Thailand Stand-up". He has also written the newspaper and magazine columns "Investment for the Future" and "Smart EEC", and served as Chairman of the working group for the "50th Anniversary of the Board of Investment" memorial book in 2016.

Mr. Narit has received numerous awards, including "Outstanding Government Official" from the Prime Minister in 2015, "Outstanding Alumni" from Saint Gabriel's College in 2022, "Outstanding Alumni" from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University in 2023, and "Outstanding Extracurricular Activist" from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University in 1993.

Mr. Wei Khoe Lim
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Infineon Technologies Thailand

Mr. Wei Khoe Lim was appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Thailand on November 1, 2023, after joining Infineon in February 2023.

He is a semiconductor manufacturing executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, strategic expansion, and global manufacturing transformation at multinational semiconductor companies, including Infineon Technologies, Analog Devices, and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Before joining Infineon, Mr. Lim served as Managing Director of Analog Devices in Penang, Malaysia, from 2016 to 2022. He led the consolidation of ADI Wafer Test and Micromodule Assembly & Final Test operations and oversaw a large-scale production capacity ramp-up.

Earlier, he spent more than 14 years at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), ultimately serving as Regional Finance Director with responsibility for assembly and test operations finance across Penang, Suzhou, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Born in Penang, Malaysia, in 1974, Mr. Lim is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Ms. Chanpen Sirithanarattanakul
Head of Research, DBS Vickers Securities

Chanpen Sirithanarattanakul is Executive Director and Head of Research, Thailand at DBS Vickers Securities, with over three decades of experience in sell-side equity research. She has led the Thailand research team since 2006 and currently covers Thailand equity strategy and a range of sectors, including Property & REITs, Industrial Estates and Electronics.

Over the course of her career, she has covered a broad range of sectors and market cycles, providing investment perspectives to both domestic and international institutional investors. Her work focuses on investment trends and structural developments shaping Thailand's economy and capital markets.

Dato' Fad'l Mohamed
Chief Executive Officer, Bursa Malaysia

Dato' Fad'l Mohamed was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Bursa Malaysia Berhad on 1 March 2025. In this capacity, he also serves as a Director of all subsidiary companies within the Bursa Malaysia Group.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in legal, capital markets, and investment banking. Prior to joining Bursa Malaysia, he served as Managing Director, Group Wholesale Banking at RHB Bank Berhad. Earlier, he was Chief Executive Officer of Maybank Investment Bank from 2018 to 2024.

Before joining Maybank Investment Bank in 2015, Dato' Fad'l founded Maestro Capital Sdn. Bhd., a licensed corporate finance advisory firm, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Earlier in his career, he held positions at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, the Securities Commission Malaysia, and Messrs Rashid & Lee.

Dato' Fad'l holds an MBA from Imperial College London, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London, a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, is a Fellow Chartered Banker with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, and is also a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Passionate about advancing the nation's business and financial landscape, Dato' Fad'l currently serves as Deputy President of the Kuala Lumpur Business Club, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Capital Market Development Fund (CMDF), and a member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC).

Mr. Jeffrey Hendrik
President Director, Indonesia Stock Exchange

Mr. Jeffrey Hendrik was appointed President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 29 June 2026.

He began his career at PT Zone Pratama (1994–1996) before joining PT Transpacific Securindo as Corporate Finance (1996–1999). He later served as President Director of PT Phintraco Sekuritas from 1999 to 2022.

Mr. Hendrik joined the Indonesia Stock Exchange as Director of Business Development (2022–2026) and was appointed Acting President Director on 30 January 2025, prior to assuming his current role as President Director.

He has also served in a number of key industry roles, including as a Member of the IDX Trading and Securities Settlement Committee, Board Member of the Indonesian Securities Companies Association (APEI), Member of the OJK Sustainable Finance Task Force, Member of the WC-CMD-ACMF Joint Sustainable Finance Working Group Industry Advisory Panel (IAP), and Member of the Islamic Financial Literacy and Inclusion Working Group.

Mr. Hendrik earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Trisakti University in 1995.

Mr. Ramon S. Monzon
President and Chief Executive Officer, Philippine Stock Exchange

Mr. Ramon S. Monzon is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) and the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines. He also serves as Chairman of the PSE's Capital Markets Development Committee, President of the PSE Foundation, and Trustee of the Securities Investors Protection Fund, Inc. From 2015 to 2017, he served as an Independent Director and Chairman of PSE's Audit Committee.

He is concurrently Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corporation (PDSHC), and a Board Director of Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corporation (PDEx), Philippine Depository & Trust Corporation (PDTC), and PCD Nominee Corporation. He also holds leadership and committee positions across these organizations.

In the regional and global capital markets community, Mr. Monzon is a member of the ASEAN Exchanges CEOs collaboration, Chairman of the World Federation of Exchanges Emerging Markets Working Group, and Co-Chairman of the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges Advisory Group on SMEs and Sustainability.

Mr. Monzon holds an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manuel L. Quezon University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Mr. Loh Boon Chye
Chief Executive Officer, SGX Group

Mr. Loh Boon Chye joined SGX Group (Singapore Exchange) as Chief Executive Officer on 14 July 2015. He also serves as an Executive and Non-Independent Director on the SGX Board, leading the Group's growth strategy to transform SGX into a world-class multi-asset exchange.

Throughout his career, Mr. Loh has played a significant role in the development of Southeast Asia's capital markets. In addition to serving on the SGX Board from 2003 to 2012, he is a Board Member of GIC Pte Ltd and the World Federation of Exchanges, and Chairman of the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics Advisory Board.

He also leads SGX Group's sustainability and climate initiatives. Mr. Loh serves on the Independent Advisory Committee of the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative and is Co-Chair of the Singapore Green Finance Centre (SGFC), supporting Singapore's development as a leading regional hub for green and transition finance.

With more than 30 years in the financial industry, Mr. Loh was previously Deputy President and Head of Asia Pacific Global Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he also served as Country Executive for Singapore and Southeast Asia. Before that, he spent 17 years at Deutsche Bank AG, holding senior leadership positions including Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Asia Pacific and Head of Global Markets for Asia.

Mr. Loh is a Council Member and Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore. He previously served as Chairman of the Singapore Foreign Exchange Market Committee and Deputy President of ACI Singapore. In 2025, he was named "CEO of the Year" at Markets Media Group's Global Markets Choice Awards and received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from derivatives-industry publication FOW.

Mr. Loh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.

Mr. Dang Tai An Trang
Deputy CEO, Vietnam Exchange

Mr. Dang Tai An Trang has served as Deputy CEO of the Vietnam Exchange (VNX) since June 2026. Throughout his career, he has built extensive practical and managerial experience across finance, banking, securities, and economic diplomacy.

Prior to his current role, he dedicated a significant part of his career to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, where he held several key leadership positions, including Deputy Chief of Office and Director General of the Personnel and Organization Department.

He also served as Counselor representing the Ministry of Finance at the Permanent Mission of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the United Nations, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and other international organizations in Geneva, Switzerland.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Trang worked at the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam and was a Lecturer in the Faculty of Finance at the Banking Academy.

Mr. Trang holds a Ph.D. in Economics, a Master of Development Economics from the Vietnam-Netherlands Programme, and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Business, all from the National Economics University. His doctoral research focused on the impact of capital structure on the performance of listed companies in the Vietnamese securities market.

Ms. Pranisa Kovithvathanaphong
Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Strategy & Finance Officer, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)

Ms. Pranisa Kovithvathanaphong is Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Strategy & Finance Officer at The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), where she oversees the finance function, investment portfolio, corporate strategy, and key strategic initiatives across the organization.

Ms. Pranisa brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, business development, and investment banking. Prior to joining SET, she served as Chief Financial Officer of InnovestX Securities and held various senior leadership roles within SCBX Group.

Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, advising clients on corporate finance and strategic transactions.

Ms. Pranisa holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Biology from Brown University.

Mr. Akanat Promphan
Minister of Energy

Mr. Akanat Promphan is a Thai policymaker and engineer by training who currently serves as Thailand's Minister of Energy, a position he has held since 2026.

Born in 1986, he was educated largely in the United Kingdom and Australia, attending Geelong Grammar School and Charterhouse School, where he was named a First Senior Foundation Scholar. He later earned an honored Master of Engineering in Engineering, Economics and Management (EEM) from the University of Oxford, where he also led the Oxford Thai Society.

His career in government spans both the executive and legislative branches. Before taking the energy portfolio, Mr. Akanat served as Minister of Industry from 2024 to 2025. Earlier, he began his public service career in the Secretariat of the Prime Minister from 2008 to 2011.

He has served as a Member of Parliament across three terms, representing Bangkok from 2011 to 2013 and later serving on the party list from 2023 to 2025 and again in 2026.

Mr. Yaniv Ghitis

Yaniv Ghitis is an experienced digital infrastructure and technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership across Asia Pacific.
