QHHRREIT was converted from Quality Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (?QHHR? or ?the Fund?). QHHR was converted to QHHRREIT and the assets and obligations of QHHR were transferred to QHHRREIT on 24 May 2024, as well as the completion of the additional investment in the Centre Point Silom Project on 7 June 2024.
