M-PAT is a freehold property fund which initially invest in land and building 183 units of "Patong Night Plaza" condominium, currently running a hotel business under the title "Patong Heritage Hotel" as mid-scale 164-key hotel, including other properties deemed as a component part of land as well as tools and equipments, and other assets related to the operation the hotel located nearby the hotel. M-PAT has policy in procuring benefits from the asset by leasing out the asset to hotel operator Patong Heritage Co., Ltd.for operating as a hotel for 6 years.
