The trust invests in the freehold right of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Tower. Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ROH) as former owner shall be lessee and buyer for asset buy-back. The period of leasing is for 3 years and shall be renew the term of 2 times, for 1 year each. The trust has condition of selling asset to ROH at the end of year 3-5.
